Brandon Marshall Declares 'Jay Will Be Back'
By Adam Hoge
SOLDIER FIELD (CBS) — Brandon Marshall likes to make predictions regarding his quarterback, so it wasn't all that surprising that the Bears wide receiver made another one Sunday after his team's season ended.
"Jay will be back. Jay will be back. So all these stories for the offseason, you guys can put that at the bottom," Marshall said.

Cutler, a pending free agent, posted a 103.8 quarterback rating in Sunday's 33-28 loss to the Packers after completing 15-of-24 passes for 226 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. He finished the season with an 89.2 rating, a career high.
"You'd love to predict the future," the quarterback said after the game. "I'm not really going to get into what's going to happen. It always works out how it's supposed to."
But Marshall had no problem predicting the future.
"Write everything you have to say and then just say Brandon said Jay will be back. Just like I said Jay will be back from the groin injury, Jay will be back in a contract year," Marshall said.
Earlier in the season, Marshall correctly predicted that Cutler would come back sooner than expected from a groin injury.
"I don't have any inside information, but he's a heck of a player and that is my quarterback," Marshall said.
Take it for what it's worth, but Marshall was right about his quarterback's groin.
