Body Found In River On Lower West Side
CHICAGO (STMW) -- The body of a man was found Monday in the Chicago River on the Lower West Side.
A resident of the area found the body at 9:23 a.m. in the river in the 2600 block of South Ashland Avenue, police said.
The body was recovered from the water, according to Fire Media Affairs.
Chicago Police are conducting a death investigation pending results of an autopsy on Tuesday.
