Of the prison visiting room, she posted: "It has to be the saddest place on earth – all those little kids visiting their dads. It breaks your heart."
Rod Blagojevich started serving his 14-year sentence for corruption on March 15, at the FCI Englewood prison in Littleton, Colo.
He was found guilty in his second trial last year of 18 counts of corruption, including trying to sell President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.
