Blackhawks Sign Flick To 3-Year Deal
(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed forward Rob Flick to a three-year contract.
Flick, 21, recorded 13 points( seven goals, six assists), a +2 plus/minus rating and 91 penalty minutes in 45 regular-season tilts with the AHL's IceHogs this season during his professional debut. He also notched four goals, six assists and 43 penalty minutes in 17 contests with the ECHL's Toledo Walleye.
Originally selected by the Blackhawks in the fourth round (120th overall) of the 2010 National Hockey League Entry Draft, Flick spent three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Mississauga-St. Michael's Majors from 2008-11.
