Blackhawks Sign Beach To 1-Year Deal
(CBS) The Blackhawks announced today they have signed forward Kyle Beach to a one-year contract.
The 23-year-old Beach recorded 26 points (16 goals and 10 assists) in 66 games with the IceHogs last season. He paced the club with a 204 penalty minutes.
Originally selected by Chicago in the first round, 11th overall, of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, Beach has recorded three goals in five career Calder Cup Playoff games.
