Blackhawks' Lines Shaken Up With Stalberg's Return
(CBS) Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville confirmed that winger Viktor Stalberg will return to the lineup tonight for Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals in Detroit.
Forward Michal Handzus will also play despite skating among the healthy scratches at Monday's morning skate.
That likely leaves Daniel Carcillo as the odd man out, although Quenneville would only say "we'll see" when asked if Carcillo would sit out tonight.
With Handzus skating on the fifth line this morning, tonight's probable lines are still unclear. Quenneville confirmed Stalberg would return to the third line with center Andrew Shaw and winger Bryan Bickell. That means Dave Bolland is likely to jump up to the second line, where he spent most of the season centering. That would bump Handzus down to the fourth line, where it's possible he'll take faceoffs but play on the wing. Marcus Kruger normally centers the fourth line and has been playing well.
