Bill Rancic, Lettuce Entertain You Group To Open Chicago Restaurant
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The local man who was the original winner on "The Apprentice" plans to open a new restaurant in Chicago.
As WBBM Newsradio's Pat Cassidy reports, Bill Rancic and his wife, E! news anchor Giuliana Rancic, will open the restaurant at 52 W. Illinois St., according to the Chicago Tribune.

The new restaurant is set to replace Ben Pao, which is closing next month.
The yet-to-be-named Italian eatery will be a joint venture between the Rancics and R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman of the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant empire, the Tribune reported.
Bill Rancic grew up in Orland Park and attended Carl Sandburg High School in the southwest suburb. Giuliana Rancic was born in Naples, Italy.
The new restaurant is set to open in January of next year.
