Best Seats In Wrigley Field
If you don't have a seating chart right in front of you, it may be difficult to choose your seat location. Even then, the seating charts have so many sections it may still be overwhelming. Below is a quick and easy guide to choosing which section is the best fit for you.
Best View of the Game: Section 4-38
This is for the die-hard fans. Stretching from behind home plate to the dugouts in the single or double digits are by far the best locations to view the game. The players are life-size and you don't have to squint to see a high pop-up. Bonus, you may be on TV!
Best Place to Party: Bleachers
It's a race to find a seat, but if you go to a Cubs game more so to drink beer than to actually watch the game, this is the place to be. On a very hot day, you will find most people half dressed with baseball gloves ready to catch a home run. Let's just hope they are paying attention when the ball comes flying their way.
Best Place to Catch a Foul Ball: Section 33-38 and Section 133-140
I fear for my life every time I sit in these sections with foul balls flying in every direction. I was nearly bopped in the head one day, but the person I was with was able to snag it before it got me. (More watching, less talking, Alycia!) However, a 10-year-old boy looked at him with that depressing, "Man, I almost had it," look, so he was generous enough to give it away to the little guy. Ladies, say it together now, "Awwww."
Best of All Worlds: Beyond the Ivy
Food, drinks, game and socializing- this is the place to be. Tickets are all-inclusive, but you have to acquire the socializing on your own. Beyond the Ivy has three different locations, all of which have prices that vary per game, and all are the best locations outside the field.

Cheapest Seats: 500 Level
While the 500 Level may seem as though the players are as big as ants, Wrigley Field is actually fairly small. Therefore, you are still in all the action no matter where you sit. If you are on a tight budget, no worries here, you can still sit back and enjoy the game.
Best Seats on a Rainy Day: Terrace Reserve, Section 209-233
The Terrace Reserve has many blind spots, so they tend to be a tad unpopular. These include the giant boulders and the roof of the 300 level blocks your view of a pop-up. However, if it does rain, skip the poncho and ask for Terrace Reserve. You will be completely under shelter and can laugh and the miserable people stuck in the rain.
