Celebrate Easter with the kiddos at one of these Easter egg events throughout Chicagoland. Here's a round up of a few egg hunts and happenings this weekend.

Hunt for eggs, see baby chicks and visit the Easter Bunny in Palos Park. Horse rides and farm tours are also available. Advance tickets are required. Tickets are $22 per child but free for adults. Snacks and lunch are also available for purchase. This event is outdoors so dress for the weather.

Cost: $10 egg hunt (ages 2-8), $40 Bunny Rock 5K, $70 Half Marathon
Rock out with the Easter Bunny and burn a few calories before your big Sunday feast. Take the kids to hunt for eggs in Grant Park starting at 10:00 and you can also participate in the Bunny Rock Half Marathon or 5K kicking off at 9:00.

Beginning at 9:30 a.m., kids can take part in an egg hunt around each of the 40,000 square foot Pinstripes locations. After working up an appetite, families can head to Pinstripes' brunch buffer, offered every Sunday, but on Easter Sunday features an endless spread of holiday favorites from carved prime rib, fresh seafood, waffles, made-to-order omelets, salad bar, delectable desserts and more. The celebration continues throughout the day as the Easter Bunny makes a special appearance from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for fun photo opportunities and to take part in the festive activities.
