With live country music acts every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, 19 flat screen TVs showing all the hot sporting events and signature cocktails, Firewater Saloon is a pretty cool place based on these merits alone, but their extensive menu including a wide variety of breakfast dishes is also pretty phenomenal itself. Firewater Saloon opens daily at 7 a.m., so even if you want your breakfast during normal breakfast hours they can accommodate that — or, whenever else you want. Yolk gets the griddle going at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 7 a.m. on weekends, and has additional locations in the South Loop, Streeterville, West Loop and Lakeview areas. Because of Yolk's popularity there can sometimes be a wait, but once that plate of food is in front of you you'll see that it's well worth it.

Open at 8 a.m. every day but Tuesday, Hash offers friendly service in a casual environment, and with, you guessed it — a side of hash, although there are other options available too.
