Bears Sign Draft Picks Enderle, Thomas
(CBS) -- The Bears have agreed to terms with quarterback Nathan Enderle and linebacker J.T. Thomas, who were both selected by the team during April's NFL draft.
Both players received four-year contracts. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Enderle, a fifth-round selection (160th overall) from the University of Idaho, ranked No. 3 in school history for passing yards (10,084) and fourth in touchdown passes with 81. As a four-year starter, Enderle competed 779 passes on 1,427 attempts (54.5 percent).
Thomas, who was selected in the sixth round (195th overall), was a three-year starter at linebacker for the University of West Virginia. The two-time all-Big East first-team selection had 233 tackles (106 solo), six sacks, 27 tackles for losses and two interceptions.
