Reports: Bears Sign G Chilo Rachal
(CBS) The Bears have agreed to a one-year contract with former San Francisco 49ers guard Chilo Rachal, according to multiple reports.
Rachal was drafted in the second round by the 49ers in 2008. He started 38 games over four seasons before falling down the depth chart last season in San Francisco.
The 6-5, 323 pound guard will add depth to the Bears offensive line and will have to compete for a starting job.
