Bears' Offense Can Still Do More
At times this season, the Chicago Bears' offense struggled to run the football, protect Jay Cutler and score in the redzone. But as the season progressed they improved in almost every aspect.
Greg Olsen still sees room for improvement on offense, and that's saying a lot after the Bears racked up 473 yards in last week's playoff victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
The Bears showed they can be pretty crafty with a fairly simple offense that allowed Cutler to run for two touchdowns and pass for two others in their 35-24 divisional playoff win.
But with a matchup against the rival Green Bay Packers in Sunday's NFC championship game, Olsen says the Bears aren't close to where they can be.
The tight end caught a 58-yard touchdown on Chicago's third play from scrimmage and finished the game with three catches for 113 yards.
