Bears' Matt Forte Practices; Alshon Jeffery Limited; Pernell McPhee Sidelined

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (CBS) -- Three days after a triumphant win in St. Louis, the Bears were back at practice Wednesday with news on the injury front.
Bears running back Matt Forte (knee), Alshon Jeffery (groin, shoulder) and center Hroniss Grasu (neck) were each listed as limited, while linebacker Pernell McPhee (knee) wasn't on the field. Jeffery wasn't a participant during the portion open to the media. He was on the sidelines in sweats.
Forte was seen moving well and making cuts. He clarified last week that his MCL sprain still had a buildup of fluid. He's missed the past two games.
In Sunday's victory over the Rams, Jeffery played, catching three passes for 23 yards, after tweaking his groin in last Wednesday's practice and missing activities on Thursday. Grasu did travel to St. Louis but was inactive, while Forte and McPhee didn't.
Additionally, Bears receiver Eddie Royal wasn't seen during the open portion of practice. Linebacker Shea McClellin (knee) and safety Antrel Rolle (ankle) were each listed as limited, though both played in Sunday's game in St. Louis.
Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio termed McClellin's knee injury as a four-to-six-week recovery, one in which he returned after four weeks.
Chicago (4-5) hosts Denver (7-2) on Sunday at Soldier Field.
