Bears' Long, Sitton, Goldman Limited In Wednesday Work

By Chris Emma--

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (CBS) -- The Bears are getting healthier as they look to start up a winning streak.

With their work for Sunday's contest in Tampa Bay beginning Wednesday at Halas Hall, the Bears were missing just two players. Running back Ka'Deem Carey (illness) and cornerback Deiondre' Hall (ankle) were the only players held out from practice in Lake Forest.

Receiver Eddie Royal, guard Kyle Long, guard Josh Sitton, defensive lineman Eddie Goldman, linebacker Pernell McPhee, cornerback Bryce Callahan and cornerback Tracy Porter were all limited in their work.

The Bears are likely to have Long and Sitton for Sunday's game. Long suffered a triceps injury in the second quarter of the loss in Green Bay on Oct. 20. Sitton has missed the last two games with an ankle injury.

The return of Goldman would be welcomed to the defensive line. He has missed the last six weeks with an ankle sprain. Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio admitted that Goldman isn't yet 100 percent.

Receiver Marquess Wilson practiced for the second time this week. His 21-day window to be activated from the physically-unable-to-perform list began Monday.

In Tampa, the Buccaneers got running back Doug Martin back at practice. Martin has been out since Week 2 with a hamstring injury.

Kickoff between the Bears and Bucs comes on Sunday at noon from Raymond James Stadium.
