Bears Agree To Terms With McClellin
(CBS) The Bears agreed to terms with first round pick Shea McClellin Friday, the same day rookie mini camp got started at Halas Hall.
McClellin agreed to a four-year deal with a fifth-year option. Further terms of the contract were not released.
The defensive end out of Boise State was selected 19th overall by the Bears in last month's NFL Draft. Some teams considered him to be an outside linebacker in a 3-4 defensive scheme, but head coach Lovie s plan on starting him at defensive end.
The Bears have now signed five of their six draft picks. Third round selection Brandon Hardin is the only draft pick yet to sign.
