(CBS) – UPS and FedEx delivery drivers had their hands full Thursday, trying to play catch-up.

It did not arrive, as guaranteed, by Christmas Eve.
"I was really frustrated. I was really disappointed," Flojo says. "It's not like a small business, these are great, large businesses, large companies, so where is that, the breakdown?"
Both UPS and FedEx partly blame a sure in online order for massive delivery delays.
UPS said the company is "making every effort to get packages to their destination as quickly as possible."
To Flojo, it's not good enough.
She reported the package was delivered on Thursday.
Both UPS and FedEx say they had extra drivers out Thursday afternoon all over the country, with the goal of getting all those delayed deliveries dropped off.
