Community activist Andrew Holmes made a familiar request, this time asking those who were at the gas station early Saturday morning to help solve his daughter's murder.
"Turn over any video surveillance," Holmes said. "If they have knowledge, have a heart. My grandkids have suffered. Have a heart, give the Indianapolis authorities the information that they need."
He held two of his grandchildren who sobbed uncontrollably as he warned those responsible that he wouldn't give up until they're caught.
Otis Riggins touched the ground at the gas station stained by his son's blood and called the shootings ignorance and madness.
Surveillance video from early Saturday morning shows a group gather and then duck behind cars after the shots were fired. One man in a green shirt dives underneath a car and was run over.
There is a $16,000 for any information leading an arrest in the case.
