AK-47 Among Items Stolen From Longoria's House
A house rented by Tampa Bay Rays players Evan Longoria, David Price and Reid Brignac was broken into on Saturday. According to a report, an AK-47 belonging to Longoria was among the stolen items.
TampaBay.com first reported that an AK-47 was taken and that the sheriff's office described the weapon as "perfectly legal."
"It's a personal item," Longoria told TampaBay.com "Obviously they're going to say things that are taken. I think everything within the house is personal and we'll just leave it at that."
The burglars made off with roughly $56,000 worth of items that included jewelry, cash, computer equipment, electronics and the AK-47.
