Aikman: Bears Must Rely On Forte In Philly
(WSCR) It's no secret the Bears have relied heavily on running back Matt Forte this season.
The running back makes up nearly 50 percent of the Bears total offense, and one NFL expert expects the Bears to lean heavily on Forte in Monday's game against the Eagles.
"I think the biggest thing against Philadelphia, because of the type of pressure they can put on you, is you've got to at least be able to balance them out by running the football," Troy Aikman told The Mully and Hanley Show on Monday. "I can tell you that from watching them over the years, if you get into a game where you're not able to run the ball and you're looking at second, third-and-long situations, it's going to make for a long night."

After losing four straight early in the season, the Eagles have come together and found success over their last two games. Aikman said if the Eagles are who they said they were at the "Dream Team", they should win this game at home.
"This is a team in Philadelphia that has started to put it together a little bit," Aikman said. "They're starting to play with some real confidence. That was a huge win that they had against Dallas. The game was over about the time it started. This is going to be a tough challenge. ... I believe this is a game that Philadelphia should win. This going to be a tough challenge for Chicago to come out with a victory."
