6 Hurt In Pin-In Crash In Bronzeville
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Six people – including two toddlers – were injured Wednesday morning when a minivan and a car collided in the Bronzeville neighborhood.
Around 10:50 a.m., the Fire Department responded to a pin-in crash at 43rd Street and Michigan Avenue.
According to the Fire Department, the crash involved a vintage two-door Pontiac Trans Am and a minivan. Five people had to be extricated from the vehicles.
Five people, including two toddlers, were taken to local hospitals in serious to critical condition. One other person was transported to a local hospital in fair to serious condition.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
