$5K Reward Offered To Find Suburban Bank Robbers
ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. (STMW) - A $5,000 reward is being offered in hopes of finding two men — including one wearing a paintball mask — who robbed a northwest suburban bank last month.
Surveillance images of the Feb. 10 robbery at the TCF Bank branch in the 1400 block of Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows show one of the men on top of the teller counter. The FBI says a bank employee was assaulted and received minor injuries.
One of the men was Hispanic, between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-6 with a thin build. He wore a black paintball mask, black cap, black jacket, gray pants and black shoes, the FBI said.
The other man is Hispanic, between 20 and 30, 5-foot-10 to 6 feet with a medium build. He was wearing a black bandana on his face, black puffy winter coat, blue jeans, black shoes with white soles and used a small black backpack with drawstring.
No weapon was shown in the robbery.
On Wednesday, the FBI said a $5,000 rewards is being offered and anyone with information should call (312) 421-6700.
