3 Shot In South Shore Neighborhood
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Three people were shot Saturday afternoon in the South Shore neighborhood on the South Side.
The three men -- ages 18, 19, and 20 -- were standing on the sidewalk about in the 2400 block of East 75th Street about 1:10 p.m. when a gray vehicle pulled up and someone inside fired at them, police said.
The 18-year-old was shot in the buttocks, and the 19- and 20-year-old were each shot in one of their feet, police said. All three were taken in good condition to South Shore Hospital.
Police said the shooters fled south on 75th Street and described the shooting as gang-related.
No one is in custody and Area South detectives are investigating.
