3 Arrested, Drugs Seized From Cannabis Lab
CHICAGO (STMW) - Three men have been charged after police seized $40,000 worth of drugs Saturday from a cannabis growth lab in the Lawndale neighborhood.
Officers entered a home in the 2100 block of South Kedzie Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Saturday after receiving an anonymous tip and found several mature marijuana plants, equipment, a small amount of LSD and $900 cash, according to a police News Affairs release.
Three men who lived at the home were arrested and charged, according to the release.
Joshua W. Jansky, 23, charged with one felony count of cannabis possession of 30 to 500 grams and one felony count of delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis, according to the release.
Scott M. Suszek, 28, and John Hickey, 23, were both charged with one felony count each of delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis.
All three men are scheduled to appear later Sunday in bond court.
