$29.5M Lotto Ticket Claimed By Suburban Resident
CHICAGO (WBBM) - Someone has now come forward to claim a winning lottery ticket purchased in the south suburbs in June.
The $29.5 million lottery ticket was purchased at a Tinley Park gas station by someone living in the south suburbs, but officials say it will be next week before that person's full identity is revealed.

Lottery officials say it was one of the largest jackpots ever because the winner was able to match all six numbers.
That person now has two options. They can either take annual payments of $1 million, or a lump sum of just under $20 million, roughly $19.4 million according to a spokesperson for the Illinois Lottery.
