2012 ACC/Big Ten Challenge Schedule Released
(CBS) The 14th annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge schedule was released Monday, pitting all 12 ACC and Big Ten teams against each other in a two-day event Nov. 27-28.
Northwestern will host Maryland Tuesday, Nov. 27 at Welsh-Ryan Arena, while Illinois will host Georgia Tech Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Assembly Hall in Champaign.
The challenge features a number of top matchups between teams that should be highly ranked next season. North Carolina will go to Bloomington, Ind. to face the Hoosiers, while Ohio State will go to Duke and North Carolina State will face Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The ACC won the first 10 challenges between the two conferences, but the Big Ten has won the last three.
