2 Stabbed In Large Fight In Greektown Alley
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were stabbed -- one critically -- as two groups of people fought in a Greektown alley early Sunday.
About 4:20 a.m. the two groups, which included several males and females, were fighting in an alley in the 200 block of South Halsted Street, according to police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
A 29-year-old man suffered stab wounds to his lower back and upper right chest area, Mirabelli said. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stable.
A 31-year-old man suffered two stab wounds -- one to his left armpit and one to the left side of his chest, Mirabelli said. He was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition.
No one was in custody as of late Sunday morning.
