2 Men Shot In Bishop Ford Freeway Drive-By
DOLTON, Ill. (CBS) -- The Bishop Ford Freeway was shut down for hours Saturday morning, as Illinois State Police investigated a shooting.
As WBBM Newsradio's Mike Krauser reports, state police say around 2:50 a.m., a car was headed inbound on the Ford Freeway (I-94) near Dolton Avenue, when shots were fired from another car.

Two men were hit multiple times. They were taken by another person in the car to an area hospital, with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say it does not appear that this was a road rage incident.
Rather, police say, the Bishop Ford incident appears to have stemmed from what a trooper called an "event" that started elsewhere.
Police shut down all inbound lanes on the Bishop Ford after the shooting, and say they recovered shell casings and other evidence from the scene. Traffic was diverted to Torrence Avenue and 130th Street.
This was the second highway shooting in the Chicago area in three days. Early on Thursday morning, a man in a pickup truck fired shots at a woman's Honda Civic as they drove down the Borman Expressway (I-80/94) near Gary, Ind.
The woman's passenger-side door was hit by a bullet. The woman was not struck by gunfire, but she was hurt when a piece of plastic from the door hit her hand.
