1 Seriously Hurt, 7 Displaced After West Pullman Fire
CHICAGO (STMW) -- One person was seriously injured during a fire early Friday that left seven people displaced from their home in the West Pullman neighborhood on the South Side.
A still and box alarm was called at 2:19 a.m. for a fire in a two and a half story house in the 12100 block of South Parnell Avenue, according to Fire Media Affairs.
One person was taken in serious condition to MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, Fire Media Affairs said.
Five adults and two children were displaced due to the fire, according to Fire Media Affairs.
The fire was extinguished at 2:47 a.m., Fire Media Affairs said.
