Video shows display collapse on families after balloon drop mishap in Massachusetts
Cell phone video obtained by WBZ-TV shows the moment when a giant stackable block display collapsed during a balloon drop at the In The Game arcade in Peabody on New Year's Eve. Several children and adults had minor injuries.
