UMass Dartmouth mourns student killed in crash, announces safety changes
After Frank Petillo Jr. was killed after being hit by a fellow stuck on Ring Road, the university says it's implementing several measures to improve pedestrian safety. WBZ-TV's Ken MacLeod reports.
