New research finds drinking more water provides health benefits for most people

Researchers at UC San Francisco analyzed 18 randomized controlled trials and found that drinking about 8 cups of water a day significantly decreased the likelihood of getting another kidney stone and 6 cups of water a day helped adults lose weight.
