Man arrested for 1992 cold case murder of Massachusetts mother, U.S. soldier Michelle Miller
The Middlesex District Attorney announced that Edward Watson was arrested in the 1992 cold case murder of soldier Michelle Miller. He will be arraigned for killing her in a murder-for-hire plot by Miller's husband, who died in 2012.
