Fugitive accused of following teen joggers in Brookline had lengthy criminal history, police say
Brookline police say a 68-year-old man is accused of trailing teenage joggers and exposing himself while in possession of a stun gun and handcuffs in his truck. WBZ-TV's Penny Kmitt reports.
