Local News Boston's Annual 'Santa Speedo' Run December 8, 2012 / 6:29 PM EST / CBS News Hundreds of people came out in their skimpiest Santa outfits for the Santa Speedo Run. Santa Speedo 8 The run raises money for the Play Ball Foundation. Santa Speedo 7 Seth McFarlane character Ted showed up to the festivities. Santa Speedo 6 The line of barebacked runners seemed endless. Santa Speedo 5 Runners raised over $30,000 Santa Speedo 4 Most runners got creative with their costumers, using their bodies as canvasses. Santa Speedo 1 Others brought signs to spice up their costumes. Santa Speedo 3 The temperature fortunately hovered around 40 degrees most of the day. Santa Speedo 10 At the end of the run, the festivities continued as runners celebrated and continued to hang out in Back Bay.
