Youkilis' Season Over
[photogallerylink id=30558 align=right]Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youkilis will undergo season-ending surgery Friday in Cleveland to repair a torn muscle at the base of his right thumb. Youkilis suffered the injury on Monday against the Indians and was put on the disabled list on Tuesday. The surgery will get underway at 8 A.M. at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Tom Graham, who is the Indians team physician, will perform the procedure.
