Woman Struck And Killed By SUV In Billerica
BILLERICA (CBS) -- A woman was struck and killed by an SUV Saturday night in Billerica.
The accident occurred near 252 Salem Road shortly before 5p.m. According to Billerica Police, the woman was breathing but unconscious when emergency crews arrived. She was transported to the hospital where she later died.
The driver pulled over after immediately after the accident and is cooperating with investigators. Alcohol or drugs are are not being considered a factor.
