Gresh and Zo were joined by former Major League pitcher Mitch Williams of the MLB Network to talk baseball.
He shared his thoughts about the current state of the Red Sox, including what he thinks of the job done so far, and the comments last night from Daniel Bard about not wanting to be treated like a child.
"I'm kind of on Daniel's side here, if he's throwing the ball well enough to stay in the game I don't care what the pitch count is. Now if he's getting beat up and he goes in there and says that, then he doesn't have much of a leg to stand on."
The guys also asked whether or not he thinks the Red Sox have the talent, when healthy, to compete for the division.
He also discussed other news and notes from around the MLB as well as his involvement with the Hilton Little League Honors as part of the Little League World Series.
