Wet And Windy Wednesday

Rain will be heaviest and steadiest this morning while becoming more scattered this afternoon and evening. There's a possibility that we may hear a few rumbles of thunder this afternoon/evening as cool air aloft (500mb) passes the area.

Highs will hover in the lower to middle 40s. However, I think some areas along the Cape/Islands may reach the upper 40s and lower 50s due to a shift in wind direction.

Watch Melissa's forecast:

Canadian high pressure will bring us a dry end to the workweek.  Increasing sunshine will produce a pretty-looking day on Thursday. Highs will range between 55-60F.  Friday will also be a dry day with clouds increasing during the evening. Highs will be in the lower 50s due to the onshore wind direction.

Another storm system will bring us rain from late Saturday through Sunday afternoon.  Here's the bright note...

Marathon Monday/Patriot's Day:  Partly cloudy with highs in the lower 60s with winds blowing from the west-southwest.  This is like a tail-wind saving time and fuel as you jet to your favorite destination.  And that would be...?!?!

Melissa :)
