Week 4 Fantasy Football Advice From Dave Richard
BOSTON (CBS) -- You may have struggled out of the gate in your fantasy football league, but don't give up hope just yet.
CBS Sports' fantasy football guru Dave Richard joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich Thursday to give his advice for Week 4, starting with some potentially valuable plays in Thursday night's Bengals-Dolphins matchup.
On the Bengals' side, Richard recommends starting running back Jeremy Hill.
"Typically on Thursday night the run game is featured a little more; those running backs are a little fresher than the defenses they go up against," he explained.
For the Dolphins, Richard said receiver DeVante Parker is primed for a big game against the porous Cincinnati secondary. After missing Week 1 with a hamstring injury, Parker has 11 receptions for 157 yards and a touchdowns in his two games this season.
And if you're in need of some help at tight end, Richard says look no further than a Harvard alum, Cameron Brate of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While the Bucs will have a tough time against a stout Denver defense, Brate is Richard's sleeper tight end of the week after hauling in a pair of touchdowns in Week 3.
"Take a chance on him, even though it's a dangerous matchup against Denver. The Bucs are going to throw the ball 40 times in that game," he said.
Richard also offers some advice for those dealing with the lingering injury to Seahawks QB Russell Wilson. Listen to the full podcast below:
