Wednesday's Child: Landon and Keira
MARE - Brother and sister Landon and Keira very much want to be adopted together.
Landon is 14 years old and a kind, loving child with a great sense of humor. He is very curious and loves figuring out how things work. Landon is interested in science, engineering, Legos, and video games. Over the summer he attended a robotics camp and a Minecraft camp. Landon is a bright eighth grader who is quiet and shy around new people, but once he's comfortable, his personality shines. He is also very inquisitive and engaging.
Keira is 15 years old and very protective of her brother. She's outgoing and sociable and able to share her thoughts and feelings with others. Kiera is a lively teen with a witty and slightly sarcastic sense of humor, but she also has a soft side. Kiera has many other interests which include swimming, playing board games, reading, watching TV shows and movies, and bowling. She's also talented in Tae Kwon Do and she also enjoys therapeutic riding lessons.

Since its inception in 1981, Wednesday's Child has been a collaboration of the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE), the Department of Children & Families and WBZ-TV/CBS Boston. Hosted by Jack Williams for 34 years, this weekly series has given a face and voice to the children who wait the longest for families. Wednesday's Child has helped find homes for hundreds of waiting children and continues to raise awareness about adoption from foster care.
