CHARLOTTE (CBS) - When President Obama delivers his acceptance speech Thursday night at the Democratic National Convention, there will be no 60,000 party faithful packing a stadium outside, to the fanfare of fireworks.
The weather has forced the campaign to move the president's speech inside the convention center.
Scott Pelley, the anchor and managing editor of the CBS Evening News, talked about that with Joe and didn't mince words.
