WATCH: Gronk Spoofs Bon Jovi In New 'Madden' Music Video

BOSTON (CBS) -- Rob Gronkowski is certainly not shy about, well, anything. He also has a little bit of commercial acting experience under his belt. So naturally, the Madden '17 cover star would perform in a new music video about the game.

Watch Gronk's "performance" in the video above, in which he dons an '80s-style rock star getup and, of course, a giant hair metal wig. He parodies Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer," complete with its own original lyrics:

Your Madden roster's ready to rock.
But you gotta fill it out.
Your offense needs to be more tough … so tough.

I'll keep myself open all day.
Running all the routes
and making the plays and stuff … and stuff

I'm saying you should look at the Madden team you've got
If you need a solid tight end let me fill that slot.
You've got receivers but they're not quite big enough
So give me a shot.

Whoa. You're half way there.
Whoa. But you need another player.
My giant hands will make us champs I swear
Whoa. With the right amount of flair.

Safe to say Gronk won't be winning any GRAMMY Awards anytime soon. But that was, at least, his own singing voice. He admits that he would have liked to be a rock star if he were even close to as good at music as he was at football.

"It's kind of average," Gronk said about his singing voice on Thursday. "I wish I could sing. I'd be in that career then."

The most important thing to note, here, is that Gronk has not yet fallen victim to the dreaded "Madden Curse."
