Watch Bruins Rookie Jake Debrusk Score A Fancy Goal At Development Camp
BOSTON (CBS) -- If the Bruins find themselves in a bunch of shootouts next season, they may want to have rookie Jake Debrusk on their list of shooters.
The team posted a video of rookie Jake DeBrusk, the 14th overall pick in last month's NHL Draft, showing off his skills at Friday's Development Camp session.
The 18-year-old faked out netminder Zane McIntrye with a nifty behind-the-back flick shot, which should get B's fans excited about the prospect's future in Boston. The team posted a slow-motion version of the goal to give everyone a better look, titling it "Dirty."
The goal, was indeed, very filthy:
DeBrusk led the Swift Current Broncos of the Western Hockey League last season with 42 goals, totaling 81 points. He's scored 57 goals in his two seasons with the team.
