Wall Street Recovers Much Of What It Lost Monday
BOSTON (CBS) - The roller coast ride on Wall Street continued Tuesday, with the Dow off triple digits at one point, but closing with a solid gain of 430 points.
The volatility is leaving many investors with frayed nerves.
Portfolio manager Bill Larkin at Cabot Money Management in Salem says even though long term investors are seeing some investment opportunities, that doesn't apply to everyone.
Dave Caruso at Coastal Capital Group says the market needs a solid, sustained dose of confidence, to see some balance returning.
