Video: Great White Shark Eats Seal Near Chatham
CHATHAM (CBS) - A family out fishing Wednesday captured video of a great white shark feasting on a seal off Chatham.
They were only a few hundred yards from shore at the time of the attack.
It appears the shark is one of the great whites that have been tagged this summer.
Peter Mottur shot the video, and says the shark was at least 15-feet long.
Great white shark sightings have increased in recent years because of the flourishing seal population off Chatham.
