Video Captures 'Train Surfing' On Orange Line
BOSTON (CBS) -- An 18-year-old Jamaica Plain man has been arrested again, for "train surfing."
Last October, Jonathon Lopez was seen on video, shot by one of his friends, on the top of an Orange Line train as it sped toward the Back Bay.

On Monday, Lopez was back at it again. "Let me be clear," said Transit Police Chief Ken Green, "this is not just childish behavior, it's dangerous, and it's criminal."
Police say Lopez and some friends kicked out a window of an Orange Line train, then climbed out, and hung by a roof railing as the train approached the Back Bay stop. Then, they jumped off as the train came into the station.
Chief Green said, "we take this seriously. We will identify you, find you, and arrest you." They did just that to Jonathon Lopez.
The problem for police is that with incidents such as this, the only applicable laws are misdemeanors. Lopez is charged with disorderly conduct and riding upon a train other than a fare paying passenger.
Transit Police said Lopez is the same person seen "train surfing" on an Orange Line train last fall.
"Either himself or one of his companions posted a YouTube video depicting him riding on top of an orange line train doing handstands," Lt. Richard Sullivan told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
