Victorious In More Than One Way
Way to go, B's! Way to go, Mother Nature! Yes, we are celerbrating 'sunny-style' today! The sunshine accompanied by southwest winds will heat inland areas into the middle and upper 80s...70s Cape/Islands.
The sunshine will be around for a one-day stint as clouds increase tonight and rain will arrive from late-morning through midday on Friday. Highs will be cooler in the middle 70s on average.
Father's Day Weekend: Saturday will start with residual clouds and a few showers while another round of a few pop-up showers and storms can be expected through the afternoon as a front swings across the region. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s. Father's Day will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs around the lower 80s...70s coast. (Extra tidbit: The EURO is showing 500mb vort possibly swinging through Sunday afternoon. We'll keep a close eye on this.)
Sneak Peek at Next Week: A dry start on Monday lead to a warm front pushing northward on Tuesday. This will induce some showers/storms through Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday, heat and humidity will be the story.
Way to go, B's!
Melissa :)
