Victor Martinez Heading to the DL and More Sox News

He will not require surgery. Martinez is hitting .289, 9 HR, 38 RBI on the season. C Gustavo Molina will likely be called up.
P Clay Buchholz underwent an MRI today and it revealed a strained left hamstring. He will not make his scheduled Saturday start, but should avoid the DL.
2B Dustin Pedroia will miss at least the next 6 weeks with a broken bone in his left foot.
The Red Sox welcome the Tampa Bay Rays to Fenway Park for a 2 game series beginning Tuesday night.
