Veteran Legislator In Danger Of Losing His Job

BOSTON (CBS) - State Representative James Fagan's political future hangs in the balance.

The Taunton Democrat hasn't decided yet to ask for a recount in last week's election which he lost by 47 votes to Republican Shaunna O'Connell.

Fagan has until Friday to make up his mind. He's been on Beacon  Hill for 18 years.
